Reflecting on a decade of business should take some time but it seems to have all happened in a heartbeat.
Ten years ago, our goal was simple… to provide logistic services, extension of team and offer products to provide cost containment, point of service, industry supportive intelligence and solutions to support the ebb and flow of business.
A decade later, our success lies in that same simple approach; and while nothing is simple about meeting and event logistics, the key is to make it look that way.
We pride ourselves in our advanced technology but embrace that this vehicle is driven by our incredibly dedicated and professional staff following our road map and event specific direction to its successful destination.
No need to over think it. Everyone needs a partner – their “go-to girls” (as our motto goes) to “Bring it All Together.” As clients’ needs and industries change, we become who our clients need us to be. We turn on a dime, expand and contract and create a foundation in partnership that is the breath and pulse of Logistic Innovations. We morph, creating a stronger organization based on change.
2015 was particularly a landmark year for LI. We celebrated 10 years of success and launched a concerted effort focused on technology and compliance development.
Among many accomplishments during a banner year in which we executed over 2000 events, Logistic Innovations launched COMPLY, our proprietary electronic compliance management and onsite registration tool ensuring the strictest adherence to compliance and business rule requirements. We have saved clients time and money meeting the regulatory requirements and their own companies’ rules and reporting guidelines. In order to ensure its success we formulated task teams with multiple stakeholder units in our clients’ organizations including analytics, compliance, legal and marketing teams.
We are serious about our commitment to the highest standard of excellence. In addition to being the first meeting management firm to mandate compliance training for staff and all company representatives, we are proud to be the first to certify our employees and LOGIC Network members in standard procedures and best practices as a prerequisite for supporting healthcare and pharmaceutical client business. Known as the Compliance Credential Initiative, this underscores our continued efforts to ensure compliance with federal, state and industry requirements as the regulatory and legal climate continues to tighten.
Our customized Train + Test System was developed in partnership with the Center of Communication Compliance (CCC) to teach meeting planning compliance fundamentals, including the specifics of the Sunshine Act, and has successfully trained 3,238 planner professionals.
Both initiatives have been an exciting and rewarding investment having executed thousands of events utilizing this resource and technology. As the technology vehicle is driven by the team, our stellar, home schooled onsite support utilizing COMPLY spurred the need for expanding the fleet and warehousing of equipment owned and operated by Logistic Innovations. We moved our warehouse in Tampa, FL to support our Meeting in a Box audio-visual equipment and the bandwidth and growth of the COMPLY service offering.
As we reflect on the last decade it is clear that success is simple if you don’t focus only on success itself. It’s about the path you take to get there, your willingness to course-correct and change direction to get to your destination
