MIAB & Logic Network Planners Create an All-In-One Solution
CASE STUDY OVERVIEW
A company has experienced issues with the reliability of the equipment that is rented or provided to the sales representative for business use. In many cases the equipment has failed and the host/representative did not have the technical experience to remedy the issue. The lack of projection equipment has severely compromised the outcome of their meetings. In addition, audio visual equipment provided by the venues or their vendor is not always compatible with the representative’s or speaker’s laptop.
A solution that includes dependable audio visual equipment and the support of a technician who is experienced in its use.
HOW WE ACHIEVED SUCCESS
There is a 35% occurrence of technical malfunction with field managed or locally rented equipment. But with Meeting in a Box there is only a 2% occurrence of technical malfunction, and this can be remedied onsite to ensure a successful meeting.
Our MIAB product, coupled with our LOGIC Network onsite planner, provided this client with a seamless, dependable, and successful product and service. MIAB provided peace of mind by having the product deployed from one central location, tested upon receipt, and set up by our trained a LOGIC Network onsite planner.
Our product removed all anxiety by providing the meeting with a laptop, housing the presentation, and a compatible LCD projector and a screen.
MIAB also provides the onsite planner with on site phone support in the case of a technical question. They will work with the LOGIC Network onsite planner until the question/issue is resolved.
After the meeting, the box was sent back to our warehouse per standard procedure, where it was quality control checked to ensure proper future functioning for other clients.
In working with this client and others, we have received requests from the host/representative for a specific LOGIC Network onsite planner to assist at a meeting because they were integral in the success of the meeting by taking away the burden on the representative so that they could perform their job tasks while having the LOGIC Network onsite planner handle not only audio visual, but also registration, food and beverage management, compliance, and material return.
