VENUE RECOMMENDATION SERVICE
With our Venue Recommendation Service we offer three appropriate site recommendations based on your criteria. We also provide an html supported e-card outlining our recommendations with links to view and select the appropriate venue for added convenience.
VENUE MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Our Venue Management Service offers the services outlined under Venue Recommendation Service, as well as the selection, contract negotiation, and food and beverage management (including payment) for the selected venue.
Contract negotiation will be handled by our meeting professionals backed by the negotiating power supplied by our extensive relationships and vast volume of business. All discounts and negotiations are passed directly on to our client.
With this service, Logistic Innovations will host phone and fax registration support to manage attendee registrations.
Logistic Innovations will manage all attendee confirmations and reminders based on program specifications. A sign in sheet will be provided to the host of each seminar to capture information for the participants on site in order to maximize effectiveness of post-event follow up.
REGISTRATION & RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
We will apply the latest call center technologies and experienced personnel to fulfill all your registration needs. Additionally we provide a powerful and user-friendly online registration tool for your attendees called Reg Response. Our in house internet marketing group along with our information technology group will design and host a web page well suited to be the “face” of your event, making the information dissemination and registration process informative and easy to navigate, with a keen eye on style and attendee attraction.
FIELD & SPEAKER EXTRANETS
Our clients utilize our extranet capabilities for event submission, audio visual onsite assistance, and reporting.
We handle the scheduling and placement of this element directly when managing all or a portion of the event logistics. In cases where we manage event technology only, we provide an Advantage Account–an online tool for easy ordering and financial management.
